Argentina Moise is the CEO & Founder of Bleexy, LLC starting with March 2015. Prior to founding Bleexy she co-founded Rover Store, Inc. an e-commerce company that went from zero to $9M in sales/year and became a top 1000 Amazon US and Canada retailer. She also founded Insight Software in 1998 and her software company was the first company selected to be part of Incubator America, an USAID and George Mason University program started in 2001. Out of all 20 companies selected in the program, hers was the most successful one. She received a M.S. In Mathematics and Information Technology from West University, Timisoara. She is a serial entrepreneur and she believe that disruptive technologies will empower consumers to support small businesses and local economies across the globe.
Hadrian Zbarcea is the CTO of Bleexy, LLC and the founder of Apifocal, a professional services company with a core focus on open source technology. His passion is leveraging open source technologies to build services that streamline access to essential and relevant data, maximizing operational efficiencies and connecting companies with their target audiences. He strives to create serendipity and he is working hard to ensure that an organization has the right technical tools and social structure to deliver. Having been involved in several major Apache projects and many other commercial ones, he has both the technical expertise and industry recognition to lead (open source) projects in the cloud computing and integration fields.

Catalin Stefanescu is the CFO of Bleexy and a Professorial Lecturer in the Finance and Real Estate Department at the Kogod School of Business. He earned a M.S. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a PhD in Business Economics and Finance from Indiana University. His primary research interests are in the areas of international corporate finance and capital markets, and more recently in the economics of blockchain and digital tokens. During his career, Catalin taught a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses such as International Finance, Fixed Income Securities, Derivatives and Survey of Blockchain. He is an advisor to the American Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Association and a review editor of Frontiers in Blockchain.

Andreea Slusarciuc is the Director of Outreach at Bleexy blockchain Commerce Alliance. She received a B.A. in International Business and a B.S. in Finance from West Virginia State University, and an M.B.A from the University of Charleston. During her career, Andreea has worked on developing comprehensive business strategies for an energy company, a major non-profit organization, and a luxury fashion company. Her expertise lies in conducting in-depth industry analysis and coming up with innovative, yet practical solutions that translate into enduring change and results. Andreea is a certified personal trainer and a former tennis player who served as the assistant Women's Tennis Coach at University of Charleston.
Marla Blow is the SVP Social Impact, Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth, the company’s philanthropic hub, as lead for North America. She is the Founder and CEO of FS Card Inc., a credit card venture, and is a Partner in Fenway Summer LLC, a consumer finance investment company that incubated FS Card. Previously, she served as the Assistant Director for Card and Payment Markets at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and was a Director at Capital One in the company's Credit Risk Management and Corporate Development divisions. Earlier, Marla spent several years in investment banking and capital markets at Morgan Stanley, Banque Paribas, and JP Morgan Chase. Marla is a member of the U.S. Capital Chapter of YPO and is on the Steering Committee for the Financial Security Program at the Aspen Institute, of which she is a Henry Crown Fellow and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

He is currently managing the physical sciences IP portfolio of The George Washington University. His experience includes 10 years as physicist in various R&D institutions such as General Electric and Naval Research Laboratory in DC.
